The Challenge
Provide consistent branding of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel from promotional gifts to in-room accessories.
The Strategy
Develop a set of high-quality, useful items that would reinforce The Ritz-Carlton's branding in guest rooms as well as throughout the hotel. Corporate gifts would be presented to clients by The The Ritz-Carlton sales team.
The Results
The custom manufacturing of branded hospitality accessories: a leather desk blotter, compendium cover and TV Guide cover embossed with The Ritz-Carlton logo.
A custom oval mouse-pad with The Ritz-Carlton logo and 800 number; and custom manufactured pushpins in a Ritz-Carlton tin.
